Welcome to Conéctate Foundation! Our goal is to help people improve their lives, focusing on success and achievement of goals through advisory and educational programs.
We have conducted numerous workshops in Washington DC on business, personal development, and immigration. Our team and guest experts address topics such as starting and managing a business, education, immigration, and many more.
In Washington DC, we have contributed to the creation of multiple new businesses. We train local entrepreneurs in taxes, business management, and various aspects of personal and professional development.
We collaborate with Isabella & Ferdinand and the DELE program of the Cervantes Institute to teach languages through cultural experiences. We want to equip you with all the necessary tools to succeed.

OUR STORY
It all began in 2009, when our organization was established with the sincere desire to help the Latino community and promote its development. Our founder, Kelly Ardaya, identified the essential needs of the Bolivian community during her time as Vice Consul General of Bolivia. Through discussions with consuls from different countries, she realized that all communities face similar challenges.
To address these challenges and help the community thrive, Kelly formed a team to create a nonprofit foundation called “Conéctate” for Latinos in Washington DC. But, due to its success, we have come to serve a broad community of immigrants, residents, and American citizens. Since then, we have been firmly established and active in DC, MD, and VA, but thanks to the use of technology, our local engine has a global impact ready to help improve lives and economies beyond our borders.
